What should I do if my Eye Tracker inaccurately captures my gaze point or locates it on the wrong screen?

Your gaze point should always be precise and on the correct screen. If you notice this is not the case, it might be that your Eye Trackers are swapped. In such a case, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check the arrangement of your Eye Trackers: Ensure each Eye Tracker is assigned to the corresponding screen (you can remember this easily by the stickers attached, each with one or more dots).
  2. Update your screen settings: Go to the NUIA menu, open "Set up Eye Tracker screen" and make sure the screen configuration is correct, so that the Eye Trackers are properly assigned to the respective screens.
  3. Improve calibration: If your setup is correct but you still notice inaccuracies, select the "Improve calibration" option from the NUIA menu to optimize accuracy.
  4. Recalibration: If all the above steps do not lead to the desired result, please perform a full recalibration of your Eye Trackers (NUIA menu > Eye Tracker Profiles > Recalibrate).

These steps are intended to help you improve the accuracy and experience with NUIA. Do not hesitate to contact support if you need further assistance.
