What is the difference between the Tobii Mouse Teleport and the NUIA Smart Teleport?

Mouse teleporting is implemented differently by NUIA and Tobii.

In contrast to Tobii, NUIA teleports the active elements like buttons and jumps directly to the center of the active element if one is detected near the gaze point. If NUIA does not identify an active element, it jumps directly to the viewing position.

In addition, the NUIA Smart Teleport also enables pixel-accurate returns between toolbars or navigation bars and the workspace (e.g. drawing areas).

The configuration recommended by us is accordingly the activation of the Smart Teleport in the NUIA Settings and the deactivation in the Tobii Settings ("mouse pointer on mouse movement"). Keeping both active could lead to misbehaviour of the mouse jumps.
