      NUIA Spark – AI Assistant

      With NUIA Spark, you have a smart writing assistant for your office routine, helping you with prepared AI commands (prompts) for drafting, translating, and summarizing.

      What are the benefits of NUIA Spark?

      • Write emails more clearly and professionally: Spark automatically adjusts tone and style.
      • Significantly relieve your workload: You provide just the basics—Spark takes care of the fine details in your writing.
      • Speak or write freely: Spark transforms your thoughts into concise summaries—perfect for reports, notes, or memos.

      How do I activate NUIA Spark?

      1. Open the NUIA Control Center  
        Click on the NUIA icon in the bottom right corner of the taskbar.  
      2. Switch to "My NUIA Universe"  
        There, you'll find an overview of all NUIA features.  
      3. Activate Spark  
        Click on the NUIA Spark planet and turn it on using the slider in the top right corner.

      What settings are available? 

      In "My NUIA Universe," you'll find a gear icon in the bottom left corner. There, you can customize your voice recognition settings:

      1. Here you can set whether the button should respond to mouse/NUIA Click or your gaze.
      2. Here you can determine the location.

       

      Starting NUIA Spark – Three Ways

      1. Click on the Spark button (located on the right side of the screen)

      2. Via NUIA Click Extension

      First activate your NUIA Click extensions and add NUIA Spark:

       

      3. Via NUIA Speech Recognition

      After you activate the NUIA speech recognition, you can open your dictated text directly in NUIA Spark by clicking on the "Spark" button:

      What can your NUIA Spark spells do?

       

      Grammar, spelling, and formatting will be revised, but your text will be kept as close to the original as possible.
      The linguistic quality, persuasiveness, and clarity of an input text are enhanced without significantly altering its basic length, tone, or style.
      Organize and summarize unstructured input, such as keywords or brainstorming results, into a specific format and in a designated language.
      Allows for the analysis and summarization of unordered keywords, thoughts, texts, or website content to create a concise summary in a specific language for a targeted audience.
         

      Tips and Tricks for Optimal Use of NUIA Spark

      Session Tabs: Use multiple ideas simultaneously by experimenting and comparing.

      Beautify and Rewrite: Adding a salutation and closing will automatically adjust the formatting for an email.

      Structure: When information is insufficient, specific follow-up questions are asked to formulate a precise and effective response.
