Here's what you need to know about the steps you must take before participating in the onboarding process.

1. What should I do first after receiving my onboarding invitation?

First, pick up your individual package for the NUIA gaze control. This is crucial to ensure that you have everything ready to complete the setup before the onboarding session.

2. How do I install the NUIA gaze control?

It’s easy! Head over to the following website to set up your NUIA gaze control:

There, you’ll find a fantastic step-by-step guide on how to attach the NUIA bars to your laptop or external monitors.

3. How do I start the NUIA software?

  • Press the "Windows key + S" on your keyboard.

  • Type "NUIA" in the search bar and launch the software.

4. What should I do after starting the NUIA software?

Immediately after launching the software, the "Setup Onboarding" will open. This step is important for properly setting up the software and configuring the eye trackers.
